Our Mission
Warden AI was founded by Jeffrey Pole and Eduard Schikurski with a clear belief: systems that shape people’s careers must be subject to meaningful accountability.
Our mission is to accelerate the responsible adoption of AI in HR by certifying systems for fairness and compliance. We do this through real-time auditing that makes fairness and compliance measurable, visible, and continuously monitored.
Drawing on experience building regulation technology in Europe, our founding team understands how trust and oversight can unlock innovation. We've brought that experience into HR as one of the highest-stakes arenas for AI.
Our Team
Jeff has extensive experience in AI and regulation technology. He previously led Product at digital identity unicorn Onfido and holds an engineering degree from Oxford University in machine learning.
Co-founder & CEO
Ed has 15+ years of experience building technology for regulated industries. He previously led engineering efforts for internal ops and compliance at Monzo Bank, and served as Head of Engineering at the climate tech startup Abatable.

Alexander brings a wealth of experience across data science, operations, and technical consulting to their role as Head of Data at Warden AI. Before joining, Alexander led the data science team at Fresha, and held multiple positions at Google.

Jennifer brings a creative and strategic edge to her role as Marketing Manager, driving growth in the emerging space of AI assurance. With a background spanning B2B SaaS and early-stage ventures, she’s led customer marketing at companies like Pawprint and now Warden AI.

Vicky has 17 years of experience in marketing, including nearly a decade in HR Tech (ProFinda, Adepto, Degreed, TechWolf). She has led global marketing strategies from early-stage startups to unicorns, driving growth through brand, content, and go-to-market execution.

Conor is a Senior Product Engineer at Warden AI with over eight years of experience in software engineering. He previously worked with the Data team at LiveScore Group and holds a First Class Honours degree in Computer Science from the National University of Ireland, Galway.
